LealUp groups its AI features into six specialized agents:
- Analytics — aggregated portfolio metrics for leadership and CS Ops.
- RAG Search — natural-language search over a customer's conversations with cited sources.
- Briefings — automatic pre-meeting summaries (requires calendar integration).
- Sentiment — automatic classification of inbound messages feeding the health model.
- Ask this customer — structured answer about a single customer (or contact) with citations.
- Luminance Chat — portfolio-wide exploration chat scoped by your role.
