What is LealUp?
LealUp is a Customer Success platform that brings together in a single product what your team currently solves with spreadsheets, scattered emails, and six open tabs:
- Customer 360 — one record per account with a timeline of emails, meetings, tasks, notes, and risk signals.
- Health model — a 0–100 score per customer, configurable by dimensions (usage, engagement, support, sentiment) and benchmarked by segment.
- Playbooks and tasks — automations triggered by signals (at-risk account, renewal in 60 days, usage drop) that create prioritized tasks for the CSM.
- Embedded AI — AI agents in each module that analyze your data, draft emails, suggest next steps, and prepare briefings before meetings. Alfred is the product guide that helps you learn the platform.

All native in Spanish (not translated), with Portuguese support, and priced in ARR-under-management bands instead of per-seat.
